I'm currently working as Country Presales Manager for Dell Technologies Netherlands.

The Presales Solution Architects team is responsible for helping Government, Healthcare, Education, Enterprise and Commercial organizations with modernizing, automating and transforming their IT environments. We do this by helping them align IT with business strategies.

I have a proven track record of over 20 years of experience in IT. Worked as an IT Administrator, Technical Trainer, Presales, Portfolio Leader, Program Manager, Lead Architect and as an Advisory Systems Engineer, Presales Lead Government before becoming Senior Manager Presales Solutions Architecture.

I’m a creative out-of-the-box thinker. One of my greatest strengths is the ability to shift between a technical and a strategic focus and bring the two together for the best possible outcome. My greatest passion is enablement (coaching/mentoring), whether that’s associate level (pre)sales employees or seasoned account executives.

My management style is one that let the people around me accomplish their goals so they can grow and succeed. I’m always looking for ways to inspire and motivate the people I’m responsible for, and having fun together is one of those. I believe in leading by example, because of my extensive background in IT and starting from scratch, there’s little I haven’t done.

I’m a confident (public) speaker and do so frequently. I participate in various expert panels like the ‘Computable Awards’ as a subject matter expert and member of the main jury. I am very passionate about blogging and have published over 50 articles/blogs in several IT magazines and podcasts in order to inspire and educate.
