Sinplify is a Belgian SaaS GRC platform that turns NIS2 compliance into something organisations can actually pilot day to day. Built on the CyFun® framework of the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB), the platform centralises requirements, automates asset inventory, calculates a real-time CyFun® score across the five NIST functions, and structures clear action plans, including for the supply chain. Sinplify is officially approved by the CCB.
The company behind the product is ALV Networks, a Belgian cybersecurity firm specialised in NIS2 and ISO 27001 compliance. The Sinplify platform was launched in 2024 and is distributed in Belgium through Cyber Security Management (CSM), our official partner. Sinplify already supports hospitals, laboratories and critical industries in their NIS2 journey, with a clear ambition to become the reference NIS2 platform on the Belgian market and beyond.

Most organisations still treat NIS2 as a yearly photo: huge Excel files, dispersed evidence and a maturity level that is already out of date the day after the audit. Sinplify replaces that with a living system that runs day to day. Three things make us different.
First, automated asset inventory. Hardware and software discovery feeds the platform in real time, so the inventory is no longer a manual project that ages within months. Second, a live CyFun® score out of 5, calculated per NIST function (Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover) and updated continuously instead of once a year. Third, native supply chain dashboards that organisations can open to their suppliers, directly answering the NIS2 obligation on third-party risk.
Generic GRC tools are framework-agnostic and rarely fit the Belgian context out of the box. Sinplify is built 100% on CyFun®, kept in sync with every CCB update, and is officially approved by the CCB through a dedicated agreement. The result for clients: a maintainable level of maturity reached much faster, and an audit that becomes a formality instead of a yearly fire drill.

NIS2 applies to thousands of Belgian entities classified as Essential or Important, plus a broader Basic tier. The directive has already been transposed into Belgian law in 2024, with sanctions of up to €10M or 2% of annual turnover for Essential entities, and personal liability for top management. The pressure on the market is real and growing.
Sinplify positions itself on three segments: large enterprises and critical infrastructures (priority target), cybersecurity consultants, and SMEs in essential sectors. Pricing is node-based across three tiers (Basic, Important, Essential), scaling with the size of the infrastructure. SaaS margins are strong and the model scales linearly with each new organisation onboarded. Typical ROI for Important-tier clients ranges from 57 to 173K€ per year in savings, with a payback under 4 months. Essential-tier clients see savings between 232 and 706K€ per year.
Go-to-market runs through Cyber Security Management (CSM), our official Belgian distributor, who handles invoicing and field sales. This lets ALV Networks focus on the product while leveraging an established cybersecurity sales channel. Early traction comes from hospitals, laboratories and critical industries, where NIS2 pressure is highest and the inventory problem is most painful. Sinplify will be presented at CyberSec Europe 2026 in Brussels.

ALV Networks was co-founded by Valentino Anzalone and Anthony Leonardo, who co-lead the company as Managing Directors. Anthony brings deep cybersecurity engineering and operational expertise, and is the technical backbone behind the platform’s CyFun® methodology. Valentino covers product strategy, commercial development, partnerships and brand positioning.
The team is rounded out by developers and UX/design support, and is structured around a clear separation between product/engineering on the ALV Networks side and sales/distribution on the Cyber Security Management (CSM) side. That model keeps the founders focused on building the platform while CSM’s commercial team handles the field. The competencies we bring together cover the full spectrum needed for a serious GRC SaaS: cybersecurity expertise, regulatory know-how, SaaS product design, and B2B commercial execution.
A strong differentiator: ALV Networks signed an official agreement with the CCB allowing it to commercialise a CyFun®-based product, a position that few players hold on the Belgian market.
